Pregnancy & Birth Wellbeing
Supporting you through fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation and the transition into parenthood.
Pregnancy and becoming a parent can be one of the most exciting times in life, but it can also bring uncertainty, anxiety, overwhelm and significant change.
Whether you're planning a pregnancy, undergoing fertility treatment, accepting an unplanned pregnancy, navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth, supporting a partner, becoming a parent through surrogacy or adoption, or adjusting to life with a new baby, support is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

MY APPROACH
Pregnancy wellbeing is about much more than preparing for labour.
It begins long before birth and continues long after your baby arrives. It includes how you feel about your body, your health, your pregnancy, your birth and the changes that becoming a parent can bring. My approach is practical, personalised and evidence-informed.
Drawing on my experience as a Registered Midwife alongside hypnotherapy, mindfulness and Reiki, I help people develop confidence, manage anxiety and build the skills needed to navigate pregnancy, birth and early parenthood with greater calm and control. Support is tailored to your individual needs and may be accessed as standalone sessions or combined into a personalised wellbeing package.
INCLUSIVE SUPPORT FOR EVERY PATH TO PARENTHOOD
There is no single route to becoming a parent. Whether you are planning a pregnancy, navigating fertility treatment, preparing for birth, becoming a parent through surrogacy or adoption, parenting as a single parent, or building a family within an LGBTQ+ relationship, support is tailored to your individual circumstances and goals. I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, inclusive and non-judgemental support as they navigate the transition to parenthood.
Birth partners are also welcome. Becoming a parent affects the whole family, and partners often benefit from support, preparation and practical strategies just as much as the person carrying the pregnancy.
It is important to remember that birth can happen in a variety of ways, I help prepare you to make choices, but also how to navigate difficult decisions in the heat of the moment hen things may not have gone to plan.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We begin with a free Discovery Consultation where we'll discuss your circumstances, goals and any concerns you may have. Together we'll identify the areas where support may be most beneficial and create a plan that feels right for you. Depending on your needs, support may include education, relaxation techniques, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, Reiki and practical wellbeing strategies.
The focus is always on helping you feel informed, supported and confident in your own choices.
Professional Boundaries
While I am a Registered Midwife, I am not acting as your named midwife, obstetrician or healthcare provider.
I do not have access to your maternity records, I do not provide clinical maternity care, and I do not attend births.
Any concerns regarding your pregnancy, baby or medical care should always be discussed with your named midwife, obstetrician, GP or appropriate healthcare professional.
My role is to provide wellbeing support, education, relaxation, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and Reiki to complement - not replace - the care you receive from your maternity team.
Support is provided through pre-arranged appointments and agreed packages. I do not offer an on-call service or 24-hour support.
