Booking & Payment

All appointments and packages must be paid for in full before your booking is confirmed.

No appointment slot will be reserved until payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refunds

Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.

For packages, a full refund will be offered if cancellation occurs before the first session has taken place.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or non-attendance without notice are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled without charge when more than 48 hours' notice is provided.

Requests to reschedule within 48 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

Discovery Consultations

Discovery consultations are free of charge and are intended to help determine whether my services are suitable for your needs.

A discovery consultation does not guarantee that ongoing support will be offered.

Where appropriate, I may recommend alternative services or practitioners.

Health & Wellbeing Services

My services are intended to complement, not replace, medical care.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek advice from your GP, midwife, consultant, mental health team or other appropriate healthcare professional.
