Calm & Emotional wellbeing sessions, focus on mindfulness and relaxation to provide space to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself away from the demands of everyday life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to switch off, navigating a difficult period in life or simply need time to pause and recharge, support is tailored to your individual needs.

MY APPROACH

My approach is practical, inclusive and accessible. Mindfulness isn't about emptying your mind or achieving perfect calm. It's about focusing on all of your senses to calm the mind, learning how to respond to life's challenges with greater awareness, self-compassion and flexibility. Relaxation can be delivered in several ways, through a guided relaxation with a personalised script for you, guided meditation, or a guided visualisation. Sessions may include a variety of techniques, but you will also leave equipped with some wellbeing planning and practical tools that can be used in everyday life.

Support can be accessed as standalone sessions or combined with Reiki, hypnotherapy and lifestyle support as part of a personalised wellbeing package.

THE WELLBEING PAUSE

Short on time but really feeling it?

The Wellbeing Pause offers focused support when you need it most. 20-minute bite-sized sessions allow you to feel the benefit in the minimum amount of time, or simply to try out something new.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are gentle, practical and tailored to your needs. Depending on your goals, support may include guided relaxation, mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, visualisation, wellbeing planning and strategies you can continue to use at home.
