You remain aware and in control throughout the process. There is no loss of control, no swinging watches and no requirement to share anything you don't wish to discuss.

MY SOLUTION-FOCUSED APPROACH

I practise Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, which means we spend less time analysing the past and more time focusing on the future you want to create.

While understanding your current challenges is important, our work together is centred on identifying your goals, recognising your strengths and building practical strategies that help you move forwards. Rather than repeatedly revisiting difficult experiences, together, we focus on what is already working, what progress looks like for you and how to create more of it.

Hypnotherapy helps support this process by allowing the mind and body to relax deeply. This creates the ideal conditions for positive change, learning and personal growth through exploration of the patterns and protective strategies your mind has developed over time, which may no longer be serving you in the way they once did.

Drawing on my experience as a Midwife, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness Practitioner and Personal Trainer, I can combine a range of approaches to create personalised support that works for you.

Hypnotherapy may be used as a standalone intervention or combined with Reiki, mindfulness and wellbeing support as part of a personalised package.

We begin with a free discovery consultation where we'll discuss your goals, explore what support may be most helpful and decide whether we're the right fit to work together.

Following this, sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. Depending on what you're looking to achieve, support may include solution-focused strategies, relaxation techniques, guided imagery, hypnotherapy and practical tools to help you move forwards.

The focus is always on helping you create sustainable, positive change that lasts.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

I believe in working safely, ethically and within my scope of practice. If I don't believe I am the right practitioner to support your needs, I will always be honest and help signpost you to a more appropriate service.

Some complex trauma presentations and abuse histories may be better supported by specialist psychological services. Where this is the case, I will always discuss this openly and help signpost you appropriately.
