Modern life can leave us constantly switched on, overwhelmed and running on empty. Reiki offers an opportunity to pause, slow down and give yourself permission to simply be. Many clients describe Reiki as deeply relaxing, helping them feel calmer, lighter and better able to cope with life's challenges.
You don't need any particular beliefs or prior experience to benefit from Reiki. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself time to rest.

MY APPROACH
My approach to Reiki is grounded, inclusive and client-centred. While Reiki has its origins in energy healing, my sessions are delivered in a calm, professional environment where you are welcome to bring your own beliefs, or none at all. You do not need to be spiritual, believe in energy healing or have any previous experience. Many clients simply use Reiki as dedicated time to slow down, relax and reconnect with themselves.
As a Registered Midwife, Reiki Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Practitioner and Personal Trainer, I often combine Reiki with other approaches to support overall health and wellbeing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Reiki is provided in a peaceful and supportive environment, Sessions begin with a short conversation about how you're feeling and what you'd like from your appointment.
You'll then be invited to relax comfortably while I guide you through a personalised relaxation.
During the treatment you can simply rest. Some people drift into a deeply relaxed state, some remain fully aware, and others even fall asleep.
Every experience is different, but most clients leave feeling calmer, lighter and more refreshed than when they arrived.
(If you'd like to incorporate crystals, oracle cards or other wellbeing tools into your session, these can be discussed beforehand.)
Some people notice warmth, tingling sensations or visual imagery during Reiki, while others simply experience a deep sense of relaxation. There is no right or wrong experience.
Sessions can be booked as standalone treatments or combined with hypnotherapy and wellbeing support as part of a personalised package.
