Sometimes the biggest challenge isn't knowing what to do, it's getting started. For some people, support may involve walking alongside them while they build confidence getting active again. For others, it may mean accompanying them to a class or gym that they feel anxious to start, working through fears or barriers with hypnotherapy, or creating space to reset with Reiki and relaxation.
The focus is always on finding the right approach for you.
MY APPROACH
Drawing on my experience as a Registered Midwife, Personal Trainer, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Mindfulness Practitioner, I take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Rather than focusing on a single treatment or technique, we work together to create a realistic plan that fits your life, your goals and your circumstances. Support can be accessed as standalone sessions or through personalised packages that include ongoing support and check-in calls to help you stay on track and build lasting change.
